Synopsis
Merv follows ex-couple Anna (Zooey Deschanel) and Russ (Charlie Cox), who discover their dog Merv has become depressed after their breakup. In an attempt to cheer him up, Russ takes Merv on a beach trip to Florida, but Anna unexpectedly shows up, rekindling romantic feelings during the holiday season.
